Part of the series LINEA
The 3D loops extend the visual language of LINEA by translating Sicilian myths and cultural symbols into contemporary digital forms. Rather than functioning as static monuments, they appear as futuristic artefacts or digital relics - objects suspended between archaeology and speculation, memory and technology. Through continuous rotation, familiar symbols such as the Trinacria and fragments of classical sculpture lose their fixed meanings, becoming fluid, unstable, and constantly shifting.
As they merge with Sicily's landscapes and vegetation, these digital forms blur the boundaries between the artificial and the natural, occupying a space between physical reality and digital simulation. The island becomes a speculative landscape where ancient symbols, geological forces, and synthetic images converge.
